Job Summary

We are hiring a CRM Executive with experience in real estate customer relations and post-sales activities. The candidate will manage customer coordination from booking to possession, ensuring smooth documentation, registration, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships from booking to possession.
Coordinate agreements, documentation, payments, registration, and handover.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Accounts, and Projects teams.
Follow up on pending documents, payments, and registration formalities.




Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM/ERP system.
Prepare customer status and pending activity reports.

Requirements

26 years of experience in Real Estate CRM or Customer Relations.
Positive understanding of real estate post-sales processes.
Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software.
Positive documentation and reporting skills.

Compensation: 400,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year
