We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Karnataka, Rajasthan, or Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in IT recruitment and a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various IT roles. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding the hiring needs of our clients to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer process.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top IT talent.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.




Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a solid understanding of the IT industry and various technical roles.
