The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Design for Test (DFT) methodologies and will be responsible for ensuring the testability of our ASIC designs. As a DFT Engineer, you will work closely with design and verification teams to implement DFT techniques that enhance the reliability and performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement DFT strategies for ASIC designs, ensuring high fault coverage and testability.
Collaborate with RTL designers to integrate DFT features into the design flow.
Utilize tools such as Tessent and TestMax for ATPG and fault simulation.
Analyze test results and provide feedback to design teams to improve product quality.




Participate in design reviews and provide DFT expertise to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Stay updated with the latest DFT technologies and methodologies to continuously improve processes.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of DFT methodologies and tools, including ATPG, Tessent, and TestMax.
Experience with RTL design and verification processes.
Familiarity with fault coverage analysis and test generation techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
