We are seeking an Acquisition Manager for our Retail Banking division, based in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI clients). This role requires a robust understanding of retail banking products, particularly current and savings accounts, and the ability to effectively cross-sell these products to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition in the retail banking sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Promote and sell retail banking products, including CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) offerings.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present reports on client acquisition metrics and sales performance to management.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in retail banking and client acquisition.
Solid relationship management skills, particularly with high-net-worth individuals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of banking products and services, especially CASA.
