Job Description
Identify and review potential merger and acquisition prospects.
Build financial models to assess deal value and business impact.
Prepare investment papers and explicit reports for decision-makers.
Review financial information during due diligence and highlight key findings.
Work with internal finance teams to gather data for transaction reviews.
Engage with external advisers, including consultants and legal teams, during deals.
Track transaction progress and keep stakeholders updated on key actions.
Support post-deal planning to help teams move forward with agreed priorities.

The Successful Applicant





We're looking for someone who has:
Experience handling merger and acquisition transactions.
Robust financial modelling and valuation skills.
Confidence reviewing financial statements and business data.
Experience preparing investment notes and deal presentations.
Ability to manage due diligence activities and deal timelines.
Comfort working with internal teams and external advisers.
