We are seeking a detail-oriented RTR Fixed Asset Accountant to join our finance team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fixed asset accounting and will be responsible for managing the accounting processes related to fixed assets, including depreciation, amortization, and accruals. This role requires a thorough understanding of general ledger operations and the ability to transform processes for improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the fixed asset accounting process, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of fixed assets in compliance with accounting standards.
Calculate and post depreciation and amortization entries in the general ledger.
Prepare and review journal entries related to fixed assets and ensure timely reconciliations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting.




Identify opportunities for process transformation and implement best practices to enhance efficiency in fixed asset accounting.
Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations regarding fixed assets.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of RTR processes and fixed asset accounting principles.
Proficiency in general ledger accounting and related financial reporting.
Experience with depreciation, amortization, and accruals.
Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Robust communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
