About of Role:

Pentaspace Design Studio is looking for an experienced Senior Project Architect with robust expertise in high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing residential projects from concept development through design coordination, execution, and project completion.

Key Responsibilites :
Lead and manage high-rise residential architectural projects from design development to execution.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, development control rules, and local authority requirements.
Review working drawings, construction drawings, and technical details.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Resolve design and technical issues during the construction stage.
Monitor project schedules, drawing submissions,



and deliverables.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across all project documentation.

Reuirments:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master's degree preferred.
8–12 years of relevant qualified experience.
Strong experience in high-rise residential building projects is essential.
Positive knowledge of architectural design development, working drawings, and construction documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and other architectural software will be an advantage.
Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and meet deadlines.

Expeerince :
Experience working with reputed architectural firms on large-scale residential developments.
Strong technical knowledge of residential planning, building services coordination, and construction detailing.
Ability to independently manage project deliverables and coordinate with consultants and site teams.
