We are looking for an experienced, results-driven US IT Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team, manage end-to-end hiring, and drive successful placements for US IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of US IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and submissions.
Manage client requirements, candidate pipelines, and interview coordination.
Build solid relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
Monitor team performance,



submission-to-interview ratios, and placement closures.
Drive productivity, improve recruitment processes, and meet hiring goals.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, including team management.
Robust knowledge of US IT technologies, job markets, and recruitment processes.
Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets, and closing positions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Solid ability to motivate teams and deliver measurable results. .
