We are seeking a motivated and agile Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bihar and Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our insurance products directly to customers in the field. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential clients, build relationships, and close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and present our insurance offerings.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape product offerings.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.




Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in field sales or direct sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
