Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and organized Clinic Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, assist patients, schedule appointments, and support the smooth functioning of daily clinic activities.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and manage doctor appointments.
Register new patients and maintain patient records.
Manage patient queues and coordinate with doctors and medical staff.
Handle billing, payments, and receipts, if required.
Maintain patient files and update records accurately.
Coordinate follow-up appointments and send appointment reminders.
Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.




Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Skilled attitude and a patient-friendly approach.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic billing and appointment management skills.
Ability to handle patients politely and professionally.

Educational Qualification
Any degree or relevant qualification.
Healthcare administration or hospital management qualifications are an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers can apply.
Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare front office is an advantage.
Candidates should be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
Knowledge of Tamil and English is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
