Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day insurance operations and policy-related processes.
Process policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and documentation.
Verify customer and policy details for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and insurance partners for timely processing.
Maintain and update policy records and MIS reports.
Resolve customer queries related to policy status, documentation, and servicing.
Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks as per TAT.
Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
13 years of experience in insurance operations or related BFSI processes preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. .
