Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a skilled manner.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database.
Follow up with leads and provide necessary information to assist in the sales process.




Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help improve our offerings.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive ability.
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Familiarity with BPO processes and customer service standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
