Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time role based in Velachery with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be performed from home. This role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, engaging prospects, and promoting the companys services through direct sales and marketing activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting potential clients, presenting service offerings, following up on leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives,



support customer service activities, and provide input on sales strategies and training needs. The role also requires tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support business growth.
Candidates should possess Training experience to guide team members or client staff on services and processes.
Candidates should ideally have basic Marketing knowledge to support campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility.
Relevant experience in staffing, manpower solutions, or service-based industries is desirable.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Velachery, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with using CRM or sales tracking systems is beneficial.A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience may be considered. .
