Role Description

We are looking for a high-performing Zonal Operations Head to lead and scale Quick Commerce Operations across the Ahmedabad region. This leadership role involves managing cluster-level teams, driving key operational KPIs, and ensuring smooth last-mile execution. Only candidates with proven experience in Quick Commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple Cluster Managers across the Ahmedabad zone
Drive operational KPIs order fill rate, on-time delivery,



cost per order, and customer satisfaction
Monitor manpower productivity , rider performance , and route optimization
Collaborate with central teams for technology adoption, training, and SOP implementation
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety protocols, and operational standards
Conduct audits and reviews to identify gaps and drive corrective actions
Liaise with local authorities for operational permissions and regulatory compliance
Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior leadership

Qualification:

812 years of experience in Quick Commerce Operations Leadership
Proven people management and execution excellence skills
Solid analytical ability with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting

Mandatory Industry Background

Quick Commerce: Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes
Strong exposure to hyperlocal delivery, express fulfillment, and real-time operations
