Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the order management process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
Validate orders to ensure all necessary information is complete and accurate before processing.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize order fulfillment strategies and improve overall efficiency.
Monitor order status and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
Identify and resolve any issues related to order processing or fulfillment in a timely manner.




Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory levels, ensuring data integrity in our systems.
Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for order management and supply chain processes.

Required Skills:
Solid understanding of order management and supply chain management principles.
Proficiency in order processing and fulfillment methodologies.
Familiarity with Q2C (Quote to Cash) processes.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
