Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, ensuring they meet organizational standards.
Assist users with software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
Document and track support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.




Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and enhance user experience.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
