Key Responsibilities:
Lead the formulation development process for new products, ensuring that all formulations are optimized for performance and manufacturability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, quality assurance, and production, to ensure seamless transition from development to scale-up.
Conduct experiments to evaluate the stability, efficacy, and safety of formulations, documenting results and making data-driven recommendations.
Troubleshoot formulation issues and implement solutions to enhance product quality and performance.




Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in formulation technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Mentor junior scientists and provide guidance on best practices in formulation development and scale-up.
