We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cash accounting and accounts receivable processes, with a focus on the order to cash (O2C) cycle. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely collection of payments and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of cash transactions in the SAP system.
Monitor accounts for discrepancies and resolve issues with customers as needed.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.




Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging analysis.
Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in cash accounting and accounts receivable management.
Robust understanding of the order to cash process.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
