The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing tender processes, particularly in the IT infrastructure and hardware networking sectors. This position requires a robust understanding of government tendering processes and familiarity with the GEM portal.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up on tenders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and guidelines related to tendering.
Monitor and analyze tender opportunities on the GEM portal and other relevant platforms.




Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and communications.
Provide regular updates and reports on tender status to management.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Tender Executive or in a similar role.
Robust knowledge of IT infrastructure and hardware networking.
Familiarity with government tender processes and the GEM portal.
