Responsibilities

Generate leads and follow up with prospects via calls and email
Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions
Prepare quotations and maintain sales records




Resolve basic hardware, software and network issues
Escalate complex issues and maintain support tickets

Requirements

Fresher to 3 years of experience
Good verbal and written communication
Basic knowledge of computers, software and networkingIT, technical support or sales background preferred
Comfortable with night and rotational shifts
