Roles & Responsibilities:
Own Platform Reliability: Drive uptime, resilience and performance.
Build SRE Capabilities: Establish reliability practices and incident management.
Lead & Scale Teams: Mentor engineers and grow the SRE function.
Automate Infrastructure: Strengthen cloud operations and deployment pipelines.
Optimise Cloud Spend: Balance performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 8+ years in SRE,
DevOps or infrastructure; 2+ years managing engineers.
Technical Expertise: Robust hands-on AWS, Kubernetes and database reliability experience.
SRE Fundamentals: SLOs, incident response, observability and automation.
Engineering Pedigree: Robust product/SaaS background preferred; IIT/NIT/BITS a plus.
