The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, ensuring their banking needs are met with the highest level of service. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and customer service, focusing on current accounts and CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust relationships with NRI clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
Promote and sell current account and CASA products to potential clients, achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the bank.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries they may have.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar sales role, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.
Solid understanding of current accounts and CASA products.
