We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead B2B marketing strategies, digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, brand development, and team management. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in SEO, performance marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Plan and execute lead generation and demand generation campaigns targeting US and international markets.
Improve website traffic, search visibility, lead conversions, and marketing ROI.
Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
Oversee SEO, content creation, website optimization, and brand positioning.
Implement CRM and marketing automation strategies using HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, or similar platforms.
Lead and manage SEO, content, and digital marketing teams.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to improve MQL and SQL conversions.
Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.





Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, IT services, SaaS, or related industries.
Robust experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing.
Proven expertise in B2B lead generation, demand generation, and campaign management.
Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and CRM tools.
Experience in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
Robust leadership, communication, analytical, and team management skills.
Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills
Experience targeting US and international B2B markets.
Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and AI-driven marketing.
Experience in B2B data solutions, lead generation services, or IT services marketing.
