Key Responsibilities:
Handle AR calling and follow up on outstanding payments from clients.
Manage denial handling processes, ensuring timely resolution of denied claims.
Collaborate with the medical billing team to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.
Maintain detailed records of all communications and follow-ups with clients regarding their accounts.
Analyze denial trends and work towards minimizing future denials through effective communication and process improvements.
