We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Wealth Management division. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing teams and driving revenue growth through effective portfolio management and investment advisory services. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the branch's operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of financial advisors and support staff to achieve branch goals and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to grow assets under management (AUM) and increase revenue through various wealth management products, including PMS and mutual funds.
Provide investment advisory services to clients, ensuring their portfolios are aligned with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
Monitor market trends and economic conditions to make informed recommendations to clients.
Foster solid relationships with clients,



understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Prepare and present reports on branch performance and market opportunities to senior management.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role within wealth management.
Strong knowledge of portfolio management, mutual funds, and PMS.
Excellent team handling and leadership skills.
Ability to generate revenue and grow AUM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of commodities and investment advisory services is a plus.
