Key Responsibilities:
Develop balanced and nutritious meal plans based on individual nutritional needs, lifestyle, age, health goals, and dietary preferences.
dietary habits, food intake, nutritional requirements, and lifestyle factors to identify areas where improvements can be made.
Provide practical advice on healthy eating, portion control, meal timing, hydration, and maintaining a balanced diet.
Regularly monitor clients progress, discuss challenges, make necessary changes to diet plans, and motivate them to maintain healthy eating habits.
Educate individuals or groups about the importance of nutrition, healthy food choices, food safety, and sustainable lifestyle practices while keeping recommendations practical and easy to follow.

Required skills & Experience:

Education background: A degree in Nutrition, Dietetics & Food technology is essential
