The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment, particularly within the BPO sector, and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the BPO sector.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process,



providing timely feedback and communication.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, particularly in the BPO industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
