The ideal candidate will have a solid background in various insurance sectors, including casualty and health insurance, and a solid understanding of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing insurance policies, assessing risks, and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and analyze insurance policies to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Provide guidance and support to clients regarding their insurance needs and options.
Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to assess risks and determine appropriate coverage.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact insurance offerings.




Assist in the development of recent insurance products and services tailored to client needs.
Conduct training sessions for team members on insurance products and best practices.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of insurance products, particularly in casualty and health insurance.
Familiarity with the BFSI sector and its regulatory environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
Experience in an international BPO setting is a plus.
