Job Description
We are hiring motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of CASA Sales Executive for Indian Bank on a third-party payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire current customers for Savings Accounts and Current Accounts (CASA).
Generate business through field visits, market activities, and customer meetings.
Explain banking products and services to prospective customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Assist customers with account opening procedures and documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, shop owners, and potential customers.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 6 months or 1 year of experience in CASA sales.
Must be comfortable with field sales and regular market visits.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Must be willing to work in Pune.
Salary & Incentives
Salary: As per company norms and experience.
Monthly Incentives: 5,00010,000, based on performance and target achievement.
Payroll: Third-party payroll.
