Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle airline ticketing through airline logins and web portals .
Respond to client queries via email regarding flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, etc.
Issue tickets accurately and ensure smooth post-booking support.
Should have working knowledge of at least one GDS system such as Abacus, Galileo, or Amadeus .
Coordinate with airlines and support teams for special requests or changes.

Candidate Requirements:





Minimum 2 years of experience in the airline ticketing domain.
Proficiency in handling GDS systems (Abacus, Galileo, or Amadeus any one is mandatory).
Solid communication skills, especially in email correspondence .
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple bookings efficiently.
