Role & responsibilities
Type Discharge Summaries.
Type all types of medical certificates.
Take active part in departmental quality initiatives.
To help IT Team for upgradation in HIS.
To type and dispatch reports before scheduled time.
To observe and respect the privacy and confidentiality of patients, visitors and physicians.
To ensure minimal wastage of items.
Emergency on call during and after working hours.
To ensure minimal wastage of Letterhead and keep all reports in HIS / Microsoft word, of examination.
To attend to emergency / urgent report during and after working hours. .
