We're looking for a Tech Lead to power our next-gen AI-native omnichannel dialer platform. If you're passionate about shaping the future of customer engagement through AI + telephony, this is your chance.

Architect scalable systems with Asterisk/Kamailio/FreeSWITCH, Node.js, WebRTC.

Drive CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) & compliance (DNC, GDPR).

Build real-time monitoring, analytics & reporting dashboards.

Mentor team, enforce coding standards, and lead sprint delivery.

Champion DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) and security best practices.

1012 years in software development, 3+ years in a Tech Lead role.

Expertise in Node.js, Python, React.js, SIP/WebRTC/telephony systems.

Solid knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) & cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Proven track record in scalable, secure, high-performance systems.

Bonus: Knowledge of AI/ML (NLP, STT, LLMs), analytics dashboards, and compliance standards. .
