Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
Familiarity with telecalling techniques and the ability to effectively communicate job opportunities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
