We are seeking an experienced RTR Team Lead to join our finance team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Record to Report (RTR) processes, including general ledger management, journal entries, and accruals. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the RTR operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, and leading a team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the RTR process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Review and approve journal entries and accruals to maintain the integrity of financial data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance efficiency.




Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and trends.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices within the RTR function.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of RTR processes, including general ledger, journal entries, and accruals.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
