Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire order to cash process, from order entry to cash collection, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
Collaborate with procurement teams to manage inventory levels and ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
Analyze order trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the order to cash process.
