Key Responsibilities
Support the Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data business team within Accenture Technology by conducting assessments of current service and product offerings, and offering general product counsel support as the business prepares offerings to go to market.
Develop subject-matter expertise in AI & Data and act as point of contact, together with other members of the team, for the business and assets teams
Collaborate with other teams within GSL and across legal, including colleagues in Resale, Strategic Partnering, Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, Regulatory and Contracting teams
Support the Contracting team as product counsel and subject matter expert regarding playbooks, templates and occasional deal support.




Support Accenture’s Ventures & Acquisitions legal and business teams in evaluation of prospective acquisition AI & Data targets.
Assist the team with legal research.
Support the development, review maintenance and improvement of processes, tools and efficiency initiatives across the team, which may include producing Power Point decks, workplans, and guidance materials.
Maintain awareness of emerging legal and regulatory trends related to technology, including LLMs, generative and agentic AI.
