About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented skilled to manage business proposals, tender submissions, and commercial documentation while supporting the organization's business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify relevant tender and business proposal opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information.
Review submission requirements and ensure deadlines are met.




Maintain records of submitted proposals and tender status.
Follow up on submissions and coordinate with prospective clients.
Support pricing documentation and commercial negotiations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
13 years of experience in tender management, proposal coordination, or commercial operations.
Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
