The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources, particularly in payroll management, recruitment, and compliance. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing employee relations and ensuring that our HR practices align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll and Attendance Management: You will be responsible for tracking daily attendance, managing shift logs, and maintaining leave records. Additionally, you will support the monthly payroll processing and address any salary or payout queries that may arise.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: In this role, you will post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews. You will conduct initial candidate evaluations, perform reference checks, and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
Onboarding and Documentation:



You will coordinate induction and orientation programs for current joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This includes collecting employee documents, maintaining both physical and digital personal files, and updating the HRMS/database accordingly.
