We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tamil Nadu or Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable processes, including AR calling, collections, and denial management, particularly within the healthcare sector. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections, which directly impacts the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and follow-up on outstanding accounts.
Conduct AR calling to ensure timely payments from clients and resolve any discrepancies.
Handle denial management by analyzing denied claims and working with relevant departments to rectify issues.
Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate hospital and medical billing practices are followed.
Provide training and support on revenue cycle management (RCM) processes to new team members.




Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients.
Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and present findings to management.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of accounts receivable processes and healthcare billing practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective client interactions.
Proficiency in denial management and problem-solving skills to address billing issues.
Familiarity with revenue cycle management (RCM) training and processes.
