Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls and chats from international customers, ensuring a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Assist customers with their inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting all inquiries and resolutions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.




Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills:
