A growing financial and corporate services organisation in Pulamanthole, Malappuram is looking for responsible Collection Agents to handle customer follow-ups and collection-related activities within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers for scheduled collection and follow-up activities.
Collect payments according to organisational procedures.
Maintain accurate records of collections and customer accounts.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
Build qualified relationships with customers.




Submit daily collection and field activity reports.
Coordinate with the office team regarding customer payment status.
Handle customer queries related to payments and account follow-ups.
Ensure timely completion of assigned collection targets.
Travel within the assigned territory for field collection activities.

Requirements

Male and female candidates can apply.
Two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
Freshers can apply.
Previous experience in collection, field sales, finance, microfinance, banking, or customer service is an advantage.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic numerical and record-keeping abilities.
Willingness to travel for field work.
