AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) Healthcare RCM

Eligibility & Skills:
Minimum 1 years of AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Solid understanding of insurance claims denials appeals and reimbursement processes.
Knowledge about Medicare Medicaid & CMS-1500 form
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice process.
Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office.
Robust analytical skills.
Comfortable working rotational shifts.

Education:
Undergraduate or Graduate.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact insurance companies patients and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
Resolve payment issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
Appeal denied claims and correct claim errors.
Analyze remittance advice (ERA/EOB) to identify payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation of all calls and claim updates.
