The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and improvement, with a focus on operational excellence and business transformation within the banking and payments sectors. This role is crucial for driving efficiency and enhancing the quality of our processes through the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization initiatives.
Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps and standard operating procedures.
Conduct training sessions for team members on process improvement methodologies and best practices.




Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes, ensuring continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of process engineering and improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma principles, with certification preferred (LSSBB).
Experience in the banking or payments industry is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
