Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and desktop systems.
Implement ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery and improve user satisfaction.
Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues.




Document support processes and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Assist in the deployment of new software and hardware solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in IT support and desktop support roles.
Robust understanding of IT infrastructure components and their interactions.
ITIL certification is highly desirable.
