We are looking for a Dairy Plant Maintenance Manager to lead and manage all plant maintenance operations , ensuring smooth functioning of dairy processing and utility equipment . Must know Telugu for effective coordination with the local team.

Equipment Availability & Uptime
Dairy processing machines, pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, packaging lines
Refrigeration & Cold Storage Efficiency chillers, compressors, cold rooms
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance planning, execution, and downtime reduction
Repair & Troubleshooting Efficiency speed and accuracy of repairs
Automated Plant Operations & Smart Manufacturing




Maintenance Cost Optimization cost-effective spare parts and vendor management
Team & Vendor Management effective supervision and coordination
Audits & Statutory Compliance Liaisoning
Energy Conservation & Audits

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in dairy plant and utility maintenance
Robust knowledge of mechanical and refrigeration systems
Troubleshoot dairy processing & utility machinery independently
Leadership experience in managing maintenance teams
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Must have experience in dairy or refrigeration systems handling low-temperature operations (FMCG/Food industry) mandatory .
