Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Business Development (80%)

Lead Generation: Identify and map potential B2B/Corporate clients, MNCs, and SMEs looking for travel management or event production partners.

Cold Outreach: Conduct meetings and make field/client visits to corporate prospects to pitch MICE and corporate travel packages. Identify recent business opportunities across various industry sectors. Understand client requirements and translate them into creative, customized, and commercially viable proposals and itineraries.

Pitch Alignment: Understand client requirements and work closely with the internal design and product teams to create tailored travel itineraries, MICE pitches, and event proposals.

Client Meetings: Fix appointments and accompany senior sales heads for corporate presentations and commercial negotiations.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client outreach, call logs,



pipeline metrics, and follow-ups in the company database.

2.Execution & On-Ground Operations (20%)

In office Coordination: Travel to venues, hotels, and destinations across India to serve as the company's primary operational face.

Guest Relations & Hospitality: Oversee corporate group airport transfers, hotel check-ins, meeting room arrangements, and execution schedules.

Vendor Gatevkeeping: Coordinate with local transport providers, fabrication vendors, catering teams, and hoteliers to ensure flawless delivery as per the contract.

Crisis Resolution: Maintain high energy and explicit thinking during late-night event setups, stage check-ins, or sudden itinerary changes.
