As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations within the weld shop, ensuring that all processes are effective, secure, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize production processes in the weld shop to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that production methods align with product specifications.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all products meet industry standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and develop solutions to improve workflow and reduce downtime.




Train and mentor production staff on best practices in welding and sheet metal work.
