We are looking for an experienced Technical Interviewer with a solid engineering background in the construction and manufacturing industries. The candidate will be responsible for conducting technical interviews, evaluating candidates' engineering knowledge, assessing practical experience, and ensuring candidates meet the technical requirements of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct technical interviews for engineering candidates in construction and manufacturing.
Evaluate candidates' technical knowledge, skills, and practical experience.
Assess candidates for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, and Quality Engineering roles.
Prepare technical interview questions based on job requirements.
Evaluate candidates' knowledge of engineering drawings, tools, machinery, and equipment.
Assess experience in construction projects, production processes, quality control, and maintenance.
Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Provide interview feedback and recommendations to the recruitment team.
Verify candidates' qualifications, work experience, and technical competencies.




Maintain interview records and candidate evaluation reports.

Required Skills:
Robust engineering knowledge in construction or manufacturing.
Experience in technical interviews and candidate evaluation.
Knowledge of engineering processes, machinery, and safety standards.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and interview documentation.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Preferred Experience
57 years of experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or technical recruitment.
Experience interviewing engineers, supervisors, technicians, and project managers.
Knowledge of industrial operations, production planning, quality assurance, and project execution.
