As an International Voice Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting US-based customers with their inquiries related to healthcare insurance. This position requires excellent communication skills and a robust customer-service mindset, as you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, providing accurate information regarding eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations, and documenting interactions while maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

You will be expected to resolve customer queries promptly, ensuring a customer-first approach at all times. In cases of complex issues, you will escalate them to the appropriate departments.
