Reputed CNC Machine Manufacturing Company Requires Tender Executive

Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant tenders on government and private procurement portals.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and submission deadlines.
Prepare and submit tender bids, quotations, and required documentation.
Coordinate with the sales, technical, production, and accounts teams to collect necessary information.
Prepare commercial offers, costing, and pricing for welding equipment and CNC machines.
Manage EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other required documents.
Ensure compliance with tender terms, technical requirements, and submission guidelines.
Track tender status, participate in online bidding, and follow up on results.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts.
Coordinate with clients and government departments regarding tender queries and clarifications.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; technical qualifications are preferred.
Experience in tendering, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, CNC machinery,



or industrial equipment.
Knowledge of GeM, e-tendering portals, and government procurement procedures.
Valuable skills in MS Excel, documentation, costing, and communication.
Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
